About Me

I’m Christina Skipper, co-owner and real estate agent with Skipper Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty. Born and raised in Oregon, I grew up in Hillsboro and am a proud graduate of Oregon State University — Go Beavs!

Real estate has always been a part of my life. I come from a family of Realtors, which gave me early exposure to what truly matters in this industry: integrity, preparation, and a genuine client-first approach. Growing up around real estate shaped how I view the business and set the standard for how I serve buyers and sellers today.

Before co-founding Skipper Realty Group, I spent more than 16 years in the lending industry, where I gained extensive experience with loan programs, underwriting guidelines, timelines, and the financial nuances of buying and selling homes. That background allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to every transaction and helps clients feel informed and prepared throughout the process.

As a co-owner, I’m deeply involved in both the client experience and the overall direction of our business. My focus is on clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and creating an organized, low-stress experience — whether a client is buying their first home, selling a long-time residence, or navigating a more complex transaction.

At home, life in Wilsonville is busy and full of activity. Joe and I stay on the move with our two kids, spending time at soccer fields, basketball courts, dance recitals, and baseball games. When we’re not cheering them on, we love taking advantage of Oregon’s outdoor lifestyle — camping in our trailer, spending time on the river, and enjoying football season whenever possible.

Co-owning Skipper Realty Group alongside Joe has been an exciting and rewarding step.
